well i was SUPPOSED to take the DAT on June 20th, but when I registered for the DAT i did it over the phone because the website wouldn't let me register. The man who helped me was nice, but accidentally made it JULY 20th 🙁. I didn't see the error until I got my conformation email 2 days before June 20th and they couldn't change it. I wanted June 20th because I was going on vacation June 21st.

My DAT is now coming up this friday, but I just feel rusty and frustrated because 2 days before i planned on taking it I got a 23 on the 3rd TopScore (felt really ready). now i feel shaky and not as good on everything. If i have to retake ( i really hope i just get the 22 AA i felt like i could get a month ago) what is the latest date to retake the DAT?

If you studied well for June 20th you should be ok for July 20th you still have a few days. Relax and print some notes and start reviewing everyday and doing some practice tests. But honestly just relax. If you REALLY feel like you cant do it, i think its better to have a good score later than a bad score earlier
