Plan to apply to school for 2013 and trying to gauge how I look as an applicant.

Final GPA: 3.72
Pre-Reg GPA; 3.85
Experience: 500+ hours as an independent living skills trainer at a local non-profit, 7 years as a class room aide and summer as a Research assistant at Children's Hospital Boston
Extracurriculars; 3 years as an RA, 4 years on student government, several scholarships and leadership awards.
GRE's (Plan to take this fall)

I would appreciate any feedback!

I am looking at schools like Bay Path or Springfield? Are these in line with my stats?

^ Agreeing with WinginIt. If you have to create a separate thread to ask 'how you look' with a 3.8 GPA and 500 hours of extra curricular you're either insanely daft or just love the attention. The latter, probably.

I mean, I'm not entirely trying to be rude, but a 3.8 is almost an A average. Why does one need to wonder if it's not good enough for any school in any program? Idk my apologies if you really were wondering I guess.

I don't think there is anyone who is going to say, "Not sure you'll make it in with those stats", lol. Your stats are way better than mine and I have gotten ino 3 different schools over the past 2 cycles. I would have to agree with the previous 2 posters. Good luck to you!

All you're missing is shadowing an OT. I think 40-80 hours shadowing is good, depending on the school requirements. Mine was 40 hours OT and 40 hours some kind of service shadowing prereq.
