Sample topics: including "baby daddy" in FH/SH, and how to record meds when the patient can't remember or pronounce them, and takes them totally randomly (ex. pt. "I have this combi thing I use now and then", you: "how often is now and then?" pt: "Oh, I dunno, when I need it.")
