That's a good article showing the differences. I also like the side bar indicating where in the world procedures were developed.

Good find diabeticfootdr. I liked the title..."surprising" facts. Amazing how a free market philosophy provides some of the most up-to-date clinical trials and procedures. Guess when there's no incentive to become a better doctor that the system sort of remains stagnant.
