Software Engineer with a low GPA - plan of action

Well no it doesn't seem particularly reasonable.

Based on what you're describing, you haven't taken a science class in over a decade. You're taking the MCAT in 3 months without any recent coursework (and expect a score in the 95% percentile) and you're planning to apply in summer of 2015 with a ~3.0 GPA with only having taken a handful of science classes. I also do not see any clinical experience, shadowing or any other indication that you have experience or knowledge of the medical field beyond a plan to shadow.

if you really want to have a good chance of getting in you should take like 2 years to get your application in order...not like 8 months and throwing a hail mary.

I just don't see any of that ending well but perhaps there is more to this all than meets the eye. Apologies for the harsh reply but that is what I am seeing.
