When [Ag][OH] = 1.5e-8, AgOH will begin to precipitate
When [Al][OH]^3 = 3.7e-15 Al(OH)3 will begin to precipitate
When [Mg][OH]^2 = 1.2e-11 Mg(OH)2 will begin to precipitate
When [Mn][OH]^2 = 2.0e-13 Mn(OH)2 will begin to precipitate

If the metal cations are all 1M conc.

Then @ [OH] = 1.5e-8, AgOH will begin to precipitate because:
[Ag][OH] = [1][1.5e-8] = 1.5e-8

as for the other metal hydroxides:
[Al][OH]^3 = [1][1.5e-8]^3 = 3.375e-24 << 3.7e-15 not even close to Ksp
[Mg][OH]^2 = [1][1.5e-8]^2 = 2.25e-16 << 1.2e-11 not even close to Ksp
[Mn][OH]^2 = [1][1.5e-8]^2 = 2.25e-16 << 2.0e-13 not even close to Ksp
