So...yeah.

Oh man - If we were talking about the Crackle Barrel of the 90s I would be excited. I remember in like 1992 that place was off the hook - the gift shop alone was the bomb and it was just the first half of the dining experience.

The Crackle Barrel of the post 2010 is a sure case of hepatitis and acute explosive diarrhea.

Good luck CVS

Edit: oh.... it’s Crate and Barrel... oh well I guess everyone now knows exactly how I feel about Crackle Barrel.

Cracker...barrel?

Poor choice.

You have 2 top CEOs who have no background in pharmacy.

To be fair this isn’t the CEO, although the incoming CEO, Karen isn’t a pharmacist.

But she does have a pretty deep experience in c-suite healthcare. Several years at aetna, few at Magellan, few at Cigna. She should certainly be competent in the business of healthcare while Neela has pretty extensive retailer (but not retail health) experience.

People here need to remember that CVS Health is much bigger than retail pharmacy. Massive pbm and large health plan combined is probably bigger on the bottom line than retail pharmacy alone.

And if you’re a cynic like me you know us pharmacists don’t really have a strong track record of actually making positive changes for the pharmacy business. Look at the industry stakeholder groups (APhA etc) they are doing a really great job making changes because the have a pharmacist at the helm.......

Looks like Karen just wants a friend to talk to.

You ain't never been to a cracker barrel?

Decent eating, not going to lie. The hokie gift shop is usually amusing. I'm good at that golf tee triangle puzzle thing.

Yeah I’ve been to one in Jersey, it’s like let me get fat, pay the bill, and top it off with some candy in the gift shop, hahaha.

The other dude called it Crackle Barrel, lol

We got a $150 gift card for Crate & Barrel as a wedding gift. Four years later, we finally used it. We were able to afford about ten serving utensils. I couldn't believe how expensive everything was.

Anyone remember this?

So it’s like going to CVS then 😆

I read that as Cracker Barrel too!

My favorite thing about Cracker Barrel is getting put at a table with a peg game that's missing a few pieces.

I just go steal some tees from another table. If it's a full house, I'll just straight gank that **** off of the table of another customer if they aren't using it. I do this with ketchup, salt, and pepper, too. Probably wouldn't fly in COVID times.
