1. It's difficult to organize your blue sheet info as every case changes. Any suggestions?
2. Put gloves or wash hands? Gloves saves time, but some say they may not have your size. What do you say?
3. How thick is the pen they give you? is it a marker? is it the same pen for the blue sheet and the patient note?

1. Organize it as you would a sheet that you're using to go into clinic; if you're used to a particular format, try to replicate that. I listed CC, name, where we were, and VS then went in. I put the rest in in approximately where I thought it fit best... i.e. HPI under CC.

2. I washed every time.

3. A normal BIC-type click pen. You get two. You use it for all writing - blue sheet and patient note. But I typed.
