Some evaluations sent to AACOMAS are not on letterhead. Should I use Interfolio instead?

I have 6 evaluations sent to AACOMAS. I have letter from DO, from MD, 2 science faculty, 1 behavioral (Psychology), and 1 letter from my country of origin (which I'm sure won't be looked at, but it is what it is). 1 science faculty letter is not on letterhead - and apparently this is an issue right now with my application.
Not all, but some schools like BCOM and PCOM require all science faculty letters to be on official university/college letterheads. I checked my status with BCOM and PCOM and it says "need to re-submit" for that 1 science faculty letter. I can't alter AACOMAS evaluation, I can't add or delete old one, I can't even request a new one - as there is a limit of max 6 letters.
So I decided to use Interfolio this time and request a letter from same professor one more time. Should have I known this limitation with AACOMAS - I would have used Interfolio in the first place.

My questions are:
1. should I send evaluation letter from Interfolio via email directly to BCOM and PCOM skipping AACOMAS? 2. How about other schools - should I send it to them just in case too or if they don't specifically ask for that - then it's fine?
3. I feel like some schools may show "complete" status, but still not proceed further due to 1 eval. letter been without letterhead and I won't know about it until too late - do you think it is the case?

Thanks everyone, I appreciate your consideration.

P.S. For future applicants: It's PITA to ask for evaluation letters again from the same person, so learn from my mistakes and probably use Interfolio.

1. That's what I would do. If you've hit the AACOMAS letter limit and can't alter them, I don't think sending them to AACOMAS will accomplish anything.
2 and 3. Call the schools, explain the situation, and ask.

This is something that is probably different at different schools, so you may have to send it to some and not to others.

I ran into this with a few schools, who actually contacted me directly, which is how I discovered the issue. It creates such a nightmare and it's totally out of our control since we waive the ability to see the letters. It's also something that can't be fixed easily by the sender with AACOMAS. Fortunately, most schools I found didn't care and quite a few list their specific requirements for letters on their websites. The schools that cared requested the recs be sent directly via email from the senders using their university/business email, so that meant there wasn't a significant delay in processing. Also, original signature is required by some as well!!! One of my writers typed his signature using a cursive font and that wasn't acceptable... UGH!

When I found out the lack of letter head/original signature, I followed up with the schools on status of my application and most were fine. Only one school that cared that didn't tell me actually originally called me and told me my application was complete. But it wasn't fully complete because of the letter issues and they didn't notify me. I found out because when I hadn't heard anything for a couple of months, after being told it was complete, I emailed the head admissions person who told me. But then they also screwed up other things as well and have a rep for being disorganized, so I decided I didn't want to go there anyway.

Good Luck!

I collected all of my LORs with the Interfolio dossier then sent them all to AACOMAS using the referral email address that interfolio gives you. I would hesitate to sent letter to the school directly, but call to ask the school.
