Hey everyone, merry christmas to all and happy holidays. i have a small concern that i'm a little worried about. i just received an interview invitation from drexel today (the 29th) but the letter is dated on the 8th. i called the number they gave me to schedule the interview, but no one is there, due to holidays i'm assuming. i just wanted to ask if i'm still okay. i guess the mail got delayed due to the holiday season. has anyone else been through a similar situation? the only reason why i'm concerned is because of the three week gap b/t the invite and me receiving it, that's a little long, isn't it? anyway, take care and thanks for any responses.

I think you will be fine. I'm sure the delay had to do somewhat with the holidays (and possibly a mistake with the mail), but regardless, when you do get a hold of someone, just explain that you are worried about the date discrepancy. I'm sure they will still let you interview. The only thing that is sort of unfortuante is that you will probably get a slightly later interview date. Congrats on the interview!

UCI....the exact same thing has happened to me. my interview invite letter dates the 8th. unfortunately, I lost the invite letter, so I don't have the number.


can you give me the phone number? also, lemme know when you get a hold of them.

Don't worry about it. I also got an interview invitation from Drexel in late October and just called them to set up a date 2 weeks ago. So, I guess it's been a little less than 2 months from the date I received the letter to the time I called them 😀

btw, the earliest date they had available was early April.
