I cannot sign in any account nor with any browser.

I even reset the password to one account.

Are any of you having the same trouble?

I am frustrated ..... >.<
 
Ok, so I had an extremely bad experience with them.

I got the email saying they charged my credit card on Monday, and today is Saturday.

They did not send me an email about my book being shipped nor the tracking info.

I could not sign in a single day since Monday.
I thought it was just a temporary glitch, but when I signed in with another free account again the same issues were present. I went through all the trouble of resetting the passwords a couple times and it still would not let me sign in. So I emailed them Thursday asking then the reason for not being able to sign in.

Nect morning I check for a reply, received none. I tried to sign on again and found that they just up and cancelled my account. Both of them.

So since they charged me, and I have no other way of contacting them I made a third account. I felt like I had paid and was being ripped off. I wanted to view the videos. ~$100 bucks is not chump change here, at least not for me.

From the third account, I told them my situation.....yet again.

They did not even reply to my messages. And believe me, when you get the cold shoulder after paying someone, it gets worrisome.
When I finally got one stinking reply. It was that they assumed there was some fraudulent activity.

WHAT!!

Let us assume for a seond that it was flagged for fraud. Their logic then was to cancel the account and never let me know....anything?
Why would they not allow me to sign onto a free account and then cancel it as well? How can anyone commit fraud from a free account!?
But what bothered me most was the did not think it was courtesy nor common business sense to inform me about anything.
If there was true fraud committed with my credit card, I too would love to have known.

Why would they wait all those days making me go through all this hassle of resetting passwords again and again, making other accounts to contact them after they charged my credit card?

If they just used professional business sense and told me what was going on I would have helped answer any of their questions. I would have understood.

They totally dropped the ball. I think they screwed up and had no legit reason so they made one fit the circumstance. What else could they do to save face?

Also, there was no apology, no explanation just single phrase replies that explained nothing.

I asked for a phone number to call them, and they did not even bother replying.

They were completely unprofessional.
I am just so shocked...shocked... that even the messages were completely unprofessional, unapologetic and it seemed like they did not even understand what was being told to them.

I demanded a refund. I do not need it to score well. It is an additional source I thought would be nice. How can you beat out Goljan anyway?

Trashy service. It made for so much unnecessary complications. I definitely do not need that now. They should have understood that.

I may be one or the first to experience this, but I probably wont be the last.
I post this for others as a warning. I would avoid it completely. Or if you do purchase it do not expect even decent service. Schedule these things in advance.
And really follow up asap with them; they will not let you know anything unless they are bombarded with messages like I sent them.

It was a really aggravating experience. Sorry for this venting session. I am just so pissed off. Beyond pissed off.

Oh and they finally said they would refund my money....No, we are sorry for the experience; let us help you. etc. But the sent me this:





We went ahead and issue the refunds. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post.

They charged me immediately but will now take 3-5 days to give me back my *fraudulent* money.....

I am sorry to hear about your experience but I always had a very good & professional experience with Pathoma staff.
