something wrong with toefl website

hi guys does anyone know what's going on with the toefl website
i tried to send my additional score reports online but , it keeps saying that maximum users have been reached , try again later

how do i send my score reports now?
i tried calling them but was put on a long hold , finally when they talked to me the representative took my number and told me that she would call me back

i'm still waiting for her call

don't know what to do
please help

1. You can print request form from website, fill it out and send them
2. Stay on the line before you reach representative.

Print the form, (fill it up ) and FAX them
