3FTEs available -- generalist, cardiac, pediatric. 550k base, 75-100k additional is typical for call incentives. Lvl2 trauma, OB, all case types. No weekday night call as that's staffed by FTE nocturnists. Separate heart team. Usually out by 3p on most weekdays, some rare weekday late work, rarely later than 5p. 12hr wknd shifts, SAT/SUN6A-6P OR SAT/SUN 6P-6A, shared evenly among the group, 8-10 weekends a year. 9 weeks off. Large community hospital.
