Hello,

Interviewing at Kaiser (southern Cal) for full time gig. Can any Kaiser anesthesiologists out there give me the pros and cons of working for this giant.

A guy who did residency with me did a pain fellowship and joined a private pain practice afterwards. He hated his job. He really cared for his pts and wanted to spend time with them. He went to kaiser and he is happy now. Sees a lot less pts/day. Of course he took a huge paycut but he still lives comfortably.
