spanish tapes

ok since the interview invites are dwindling and i have way too much free time on my hands, i thought i would do something productive and learn some spanish...does anyone know of a particular good dvd/cd/tape in spanish instruction...i guess those geared towards "medical" spanish would be best at this point...thanks

I used to have a "medical spanish" podcast, but I think I deleted it off my ipod a while back. You could see if there are similar podcasts out there and get it for free before plunking down money for tapes.
