Which specialty boards are considered the most difficult?

Do the specialty boards release pass/fail statistics?

I've often heard that the radiology boards are the most difficult (this was told to me by a radiologist though).

I've heard that the Psych boards are brutal.

I'm sure all of the boards are difficult. Radiology boards are difficult because we have three of them. One in imaging physics, one written, and one oral. The oral boards are the most difficult of the three and most seniors spend many months studying for them.
