Cut it very short. I am living in Japan(Japanese-Japanese), finished 2-year post graduate residence, worked less than 1 year for an ophthalmology department and quitted. All the courses I took and finished was in Japan. Can I carry on in UK to pursue my career in ophthalmology fellowship programme?

Any answers would be granted.
