Specific Reapplicant Question

Hey Everyone!

Looking on the threads I haven't found a specific enough answer to my question. So I am reapplying this year, and applying to many schools that I didn't apply to last year. Ie NAU asks have you applied to this pt program before and if so how have you strengthened your application? I haven't applied to NAU specifically but should I still give them the ol "im a million times better now because" essay? I was hoping to have more time to work on the essay but if these schools want it I need to go into crazy grad school mode.

Please help me avoid crazy grad school mode if you know the answer.
