Spouse of Resident with Toddler

Hello,

My husband just started a family practice residency, and we have a 17 month old son. I work just part time online, so am mostly a stay-at-home mom. I'm wondering if there are others out there in similar situations... it would be great to have some people to commiserate with! After the first 32 1/2 hour shift and a looooong week with our son, I'm needing to talk to others going through the same thing. PM me or reply, I'd love to hear from you!

Hello!
My hubby's residency is ob-gyn but he got a very easy first rotation...family medicine He is workinbg 9-5 unless he is on call, which he was last weekend.
Nexxt month is going to be tough...night float for a whole month.

I work full time and my husband was taking care of our baby until his residency and now we are awaiting a nanny to take care of the little one. I survived the USMLEs and I hope to survive the next 4 years
