I am a resident at Wasington University in St Louis and have a room available for rent in a private home to fill the spot of a graduating resident. There is plenty of privacy in a nice corner room with plenty of light. The house has ample parking and is close to a major highway. The house is near a post office, supermarket, and restaurants/bars. Cable TV and high speed internet are free, and utilities come out to about $75 a month per person. Rent is $425 a month (negotiable). Send me a message for more information.
