Stanford deferral?

Does anyone know how Stanford feels about deferrals? I'm scared to ask ...

Hmmmm, I bet they'd let you do it if you have a good reason. ITs not like they have to worry about having your spot filled.

they would really be OK with your deferral. my friend did it, and he had no problems. they are very understanding and supportive of their students. I think you should definitely do so - talk to albert chevez! good luck

A friend of mine asked Stanford if he'd be able to get a deferral when he was thinking of going there - their response: not a problem. I've heard the same of a few other schools.
