It's been a longtime frustration to us and applying med students that Stanford PM&R didn't have any official website. I just got the news from one of the new chief residents that Stanford finally does have a website up and running, just in time for the new interview season:

It contains all sorts of information about the program as well as how to apply. And of course, you can PM me if you have any specific questions (although I am now graduated).
