What would you all advise that I do? Does anyone happen to know if I'll qualify to be a Missouri resident since I'll have lived here for a year post-graduation by the start of the next cycle?

Contact the admissions offices at UM-Columbia and UM-Kansas City and find out how they would consider your residency status. That should be very helpful in clarifying your options.

I was wondering... you don't lose the in-state advantage with Oregon, though I guess the like to scare you! 🙂

I think you have more IS spots with Missouri but a lot of non-public spots (UM) though I need to see how UMKC treats you. (Correct me if I'm wrong. )
