What would you all advise that I do? Does anyone happen to know if I'll qualify to be a Missouri resident since I'll have lived here for a year post-graduation by the start of the next cycle?

Contact the admissions offices at UM-Columbia and UM-Kansas City and find out how they would consider your residency status. That should be very helpful in clarifying your options.

Why can’t you move back to Oregon in the next couple of months? Especially since you said you don’t have a job.

I was wondering... you don't lose the in-state advantage with Oregon, though I guess the like to scare you!

I think you have more IS spots with Missouri but a lot of non-public spots (UM) though I need to see how UMKC treats you. (Correct me if I'm wrong. )
