What's wrong with you lol. When I was studying for Step, every single Facebook status about Step 1 irritated the crap out of me to the point where I deactivated my account.
There's always that large USMLE Step 1 FB group. If you're confused about something (especially a mechanism or random minutiae post there and one out of the million on there will know what's up).
