What have people found to be the best question books/sites for realistic or, at least, helpful questions for Step 2?

I don't think any question source prepared me for the pain of Step 2. Q-bank is pretty expensive for what it gives you, but it served to review the basics so you at least get those right. After that ?????????? I also like NMS I did 1/2 of NMS and all of q-bank and I am sweating my test results until tomorrow.
