    what are the differences between the littmann type stethoscopes and spargue stethoscopes?

    Traditional Sprague Steth: Dual tubing, separate


    Littman Steth (Cardiology III shown above): Dual tubing, combined, and other things, like tunable diaphragm.

    The combined dual-tubing design of the Littman reduces sound artifacts that occur due to friction rubbing of the two separate tubes.
