Given the recurrent questions from applicants about their chances in applying to EM (and their apparent refusal to use the search function) do we want to simply sticky this thread below?

Also, if the sticky list is getting cluttered, I would consider removing the Jobs List thread. It's a good idea, but in practice it doesn't seem to be very useful. Don't really care either way personally, just a thought.
