Does anyone know which programs are still accepting applications?

The only way to get that information is to contact individual programs. While many programs may have all of their interview slots filled, there may be some good programs with remaining openings, and others where previously filled interview slots may open up. For example, some applicants who are "couples-matching" will cancel a scheduled interview when their partner doesn't get an interview in his/her program at that institution. It may be more efficient to call or email individual programs to get the information you seek before submitting your application.
