Hi I have applied to 18 schools almost no reaches with very subpar stats back in July. I have a 3.25 GPA, and a 3.0sGPA with an 18AA, my friend has the exact same stats except a 19AA now because she's a re-applicant and has 4 interviews. I have only heard 2 rejections, Pitt and LECOM, I'm also assuming a rejection from OSU as I did not receive a call so technically 3.. but silence from like 15 other schools... Is this common? Its already November..? I know my EC activities/volunteering/shadowing/LORs/PS are very strong though.

Could possibly be because both your GPA and DAT scores are on the lower side of average. Appears to be many people with similar GPA or DAT with multiple interviews, but typically one of the scores are closer to average or above. But there still will be many post December invites!

over 1000+ volunteering at a mosque plus like 200 from different things, and 150+ shadowing

Well you can take Indiana off your list cause their done interviewing after this week. But if I were in your position (and I was last year) I would think about retaking taking the DAT and trying to boost that sGPA if possible. Theres also the master's option if that doesn't workout. The cycle's not over yet so you definitely might have a chance still but its not a bad idea to plan for the worst.

Not all schools send out rejections to everyone I applied to 20+ schools last cycle and only got rejections from about 7 i think.

Hopefully, you'll hear good news soon. But I advise you again to start preparing to retake the DAT.

UNLV sent rejections to my sister. So if you haven't heard from them, then maybe that's a good sign.
Actually, she has way higher stats than you, they didn't waste time, she applied and after 3 days rejection lol.

Reasons: no reason, but they implied they want their students to know sculpture and earn a master degree or what not.

The silence and lack of invitations for interviews makes me extremely nervous, doubtful and depressed. My application went to mostly southwestern universities- I live in GA and am a non-trad (older single mom with a teenager and a pre-teen)/full time dental assistant. I will keep praying and include you in my prayers.
