2/6, posting now because I can't stand having to be silent all day
I wasn't supposed to. Mod mixup. I was playing coy because the BC of yesterday wasn't supposed to know about it, not because I didn't trust what you were saying.
@Sunbodi Why on earth would you post restrict me to SIX POSTS, essentially silencing me, if you thought so strongly that I was a wolf???? What does that gain for you?? That means if I were a wolf, you just lost an entire day of interactions and content, as well as denying me the chance to defend myself. The only reason to restrict me that severely is to ensure that I can't fight back, which is anti-village no matter what affiliation I am. If I'm a wolf, leave me free to talk and damn myself and my packmates- the info you would get from that is infinitely more valuable than making me an easier target.
However, I am slotting Sunbodi more firmly into my village side because I think bragging over PM to mutts about essentially silencing someone so they can't fight back really doesn't have a whole lot of benefits from a wolf's angle. Like, all that does is make you look bad. I do have to say I don't recall any other post restrictions being given this game, so what's up with that
@Sunbodi ?
I'm thinking jboo, Wondering, Moose (or possibly capri but less likely), and genny as convert. Genny is definitely not an OG but there's a playstyle change that makes me feel like she's been converted. However, I am NOT okay with anyone trying to vote her until we flip at least two, preferably three, wolves because no way is she an OG and y'all are crazy if you think she is. Wondering has been under the radar and careful not to upset anyone and VCA does not look great. Moose was a village powerhouse last game and she's slipped back quite a bit to the point that I get surprised when I see her name because nothing she does has been making waves.
That
@PippyPony and
@muttmanager are both on the Sunbodi wagon concerns me given where my pack is situated- half not voting, half on jboo. Lots of ability to flipflop at day close as needed. I don't really get the hangups about whether or not jboo has an extra life or not- if y'all switch to Sunbodi and she flips village, that's basically a loss anyhow, so wondering whether one of the possible wolves might possibly have an extra life is just not it. Plus since jboo has already been confirmed to be the people mover, in a world with four wolves, she probably wouldn't be the one with an extra life. It would probably be someone else because that's just a lot of mechanical power for one person on the team to have.
tl;dr: Stop caring about theoretical extra lives and start caring about voting our all-but-confirmed wolf.
EDIT: Idk if anyone will bother to scroll back up or if extra tags/quotes notify people on an already published post but OH WELL I’ll repost this later if I have to.
@PippyPony I am totally here for discussion- I’d be talking more if I could, believe me. I just don’t think that worrying about a potential extra life is really of that much use rn. I don’t understand how that possibility wouldn’t exclude everyone from being a potential multiple lives candidate if you think it’s likely that a wolf has a strong PR and an extra life. If anyone were to have an extra life, I would think it would be chaos, and I just don’t want to wrap my head around that right now. I don’t even know if the words I’m saying are making sense but I guess my point is, why value possible but unlikely extra mechanics above the possibility that your alternative is a villager? Like I think you’re probably village but this is the train of logic I tried to use last game in f5 to end the game- “yeah this person is definitely a wolf but let’s vote out this person first instead because they might be a wolf!!”
Also can someone please bug Sunbodi for me about why this is the first time we’ve seen a post restriction this game? Since she appears to have avoided that part of my post.
