Hello everyone,
Could you tell me what should I do to get a license to work as a dentist in Va?
I know about the language test and the Steps but I got so confused what I have to do after that.
Is the next step 2-years clinics at school (for example, VCU foreign trainted dentists programme) or something else? I was trying to read what the Board says but I didn't find anything interesting...
I don't have a degree yet, but after that I'm planning to stay in Poland for one more year to have my internship done and get a license to work here. But that may not be worth it so I may just skip that and go to USA right after studies with a degree. Altho, on the other hand, I could get some experience.

What do you think? I would like to know your opinion. Thank you for your time!

Hi,

The first thing you need to do is to take NBDE part 1 and TOEFL. Once you get them cleared you can apply for international dental programs. This program is a 2 year program, after you finish the program you have to take a test called WREB. Once you pass that test then you will get your license and you will be good to work as a dentist!

Good Luck

If your internship is compulsory you will have to complete that in order to apply to schools in USA.

Poznań. Don't I need to have NBDE part II as well?
60.000$ for a year of clinics is so crazy!!! 🙁

Lol, say hi to czarneca and Ewa from the deans office.

If u have any questions, talk to bobby or Natalia from dsa in the english program.
