Studying for DAT and completing my application

I have everything ready to go for my application. My PS is complete, I've sent for my transcripts and included the matching forms and am waiting on my committee letter. My DAT is 6/25. I hate to waste my studying time filling out the app right now, since it will take a few weeks for my DAT scores to be verified. Is there any reason why I should have my app ready to go PRIOR to taking the DAT?

Yes. Submit it so you can become verified. This alone takes weeks.

No. The DAT is a way bigger priority than having your app in by July IMO. The app takes like 3 days to complete. Just finish your DAT, then apply.
