This thread is pretty funny! Im surprised this one hasnt been mentioned yet, but maybe because its not so much medically related....but I always had the best time watching a fellow student who obviously didnt get enough sleep the night before, and is trying SO HARD to stay awake, but just cant, and their head keeps sliding down and down until it cant go down anymore, then they wake with a sudden head jerk upwards, look around to see if anyone else noticed that they were falling asleep, try to take a few notes to look studious, then rest their head against their hand again, and the cycle repeats....I just keep watching and trying to hold in my laugh until finally they just give in and just put their head down completely and start snoring
