I took PE twice and passed on second attempt. I did average on USMLE step I and II but did fairly well for COMLEX I & II.

I want to apply to IM and I don’t want to submit my COMLEX transcript until I secure some interviews. Is it mandatory for me to submit my COMLEX trascript?
