Is there any benefit to submitting my secondaries before my committee letter is sent(which is probably going to be beg-mid of august.

do adcoms even look at me if there are no LOR

Usually, schools do not look at uncomplete files. Your LORs are required for your file to be considered complete.

I don't think anything happens until everything is submitted, including the committee letter. I am going through a similar situation with my pre-health letter so I empathize how much it sucks.
