So I submitted my application in early June and have had everything verified for quite some time now. However, my committee letter got turned in around August 7th. Am I considered late? Just kind of worried about the timing.

I wouldn't think so I had everything submitted mid August and I already got a few interviews your stats are way more important that when you submit imo.

I believe early August is still considered pretty early in the cycle, still within the first few patches of application reviewed by most committees.

Early August is ok. Not early, nor late.

I applied mid-October of last cycle and received 5 interviews (all post-Dec, of course), so I'd say you're fine!
