Submitted primary last year to TMDSAS, didn't submit any secondaries. Reapplying this cycle. Will this affect me?

I submitted a primary applicaiton last year pretty late to TMDSAS. Decided not to submit any secondaries as I decided to take a gap year and strengthen my application and MCAT score. Will this negatively afffectly me when I reapply this year (the fact that I didn't submit any secondaries last cycle)?
