submitting AMCAS without letters of recommendation problem

Hi, I'm about to submit my AMCAS with an incomplete letters of recommendation section. I plan on completing it later with my secondaries, but it won't let me submit it incomplete. Does anyone know how to work around this?

if it turns out that i have to open up a record for each letter, what address should i use if the professor never supplied one? the university address?

moreover, how can you tell the maximum letters of recommendation are desired if the school doesn't specify?
