Is it possible to do this? I want to send my centralized app so I can send the application to my premed advisory committee to upload my LOR, but my transcripts have yet to be processed.

Yes, but your application won't be processed and you won't be verified until your transcripts are received.

Don't even bother submit the application without the transcripts. It will not go anywhere, the processing people will not even touch it.

Why do you need to send you application to your pre-med committee? They can upload it as long as you've created a place for them to upload it to.
