Apps open May 17th.... Just wondering if its an advantage to submit as early as you can? I have a mission
trip in August and would like to include that in my personal statement? Is that too late to submit?

Some OMS programs send out their interview invites super early (i.e. months before their actual deadline). If possible I would try to have your entire PASS application completed and received by programs by early-mid July. Probably varies a bit depending on the specialty/GP.

Depends on the specialty, I called a lot of programs around July to see if they had received my entire application and they hadn't even started looking at them. Earlier is always better but no need to kill yourself to have it in by the end of May..
