Submitting app, no score yet, add only 1 random school?

When submitting the primary while waiting for the mcat score, should I just add 1 school im NOT interesed in or 1 school I'm interesed in?

It depends on your level of confidence in your score. If you're worried you may need to forego the rest of this application season, pick a throw-away school so you won't be a reapplicant anywhere you care about next year. If you'll probably achieve at least a modestly acceptable score, then pick a less-selective school you would attend.
