Submitting before all letters of rec are in?

Is it possible to submit the AADSAS before having all your letters in? I have 2/4 and am waiting on my dentist and non-science prof, just twiddling my thumbs. Wanted to have all my transcripts verified etc. Didn't know if I should wait or no! Any advice appreicated!

Yes you can submit before letters are in, that's what I did! You can even delete/add recommenders after submitting.
