Hi,

I want to submit today, but am still dealing with a couple of LOR issues. I can go ahead and submit and just add the letters in the next couple of days, right?

Edit: I've read the amcas instructions, but just wanted to verify--I can both add letter info (ie, generate additional letter request forms) AND assign letters (that were added both before and after submission) AFTER I submit?

yes. your letters need not be in, they aren't needed until the secondary anyway.

+1, OP's beliefs are right. You can re-certify and update your LOR details/assign to schools whenever you want.
