hi..i was born in the USA but due to some prob. my parents had to move bac to asia and now i've completed my bachelor degree frm india and now i m planning to go bac to Us. I have the american citizenship but i really dont know what to do ..sud i apply for nbde directly?
and the other thing is do i have to give the toefl exams ?

That is okay. Let me start with the tofel issue, I think you should give it. I hope khurram answer that Q'S, since he is a citizen too .. but it best to give it. And once you are ready to sit for NBDE do it and start applying for the next year Pass prgrams...
