I'm using review books handed down to me from family friends. I have a bunch of old books and I'm not sure which books I should not use, if any, and if there are some I shouldn't use, which books should I get to fill the gaps. Please Help.

I have:

TPR:
-2003 MCAT Practice tests A-D

-2006 MCAT Practice tests A-D
-2006 Hyperlearning MCAT Science Workbook
-2006 Hyperlearning MCAT Verbal Workbook
-2006 Hyperlearning MCAT Physical Sciences Review

-2007 Hyperlearning MCAT In-Class Compendium

-2009 Hyperlearning MCAT Science Workbook
-2009 Hyperlearning MCAT Biological Sciences Review
-2009 Hyperlearning MCAT Verbal Workbook
-2009 Hyperlearning MCAT In-Class Compendium

Kaplan:
-MCAT Biology Review Notes (2009)
-MCAT Verbal Reasoning Review Notes (2009)
-MCAT General Chemistry Review Notes (2009)

Examkrackers:
-101 Passages in MCAT Verbal Reasoning (2008)
-1001 Questions in MCAT Physics (2003)
-1001 Questions in MCAT Chemistry (2005)
-1001 Questions in MCAT Biology (2006)

I plan to take the MCAT 01/26/2013

Out of the books listed, I'd stick with the TPR Hyperlearning and EK material. Don't bother with the Kaplan books. You'll also need to pick up the AAMC practice tests.

Wow, thank you for replying. You're a celebrity around these parts. Does it matter that most of the TPR books are over 6 years old now?
