suggestions invited for my stats

I need help, I have not yet received any interviews for this cycle. my stats are : GPA 2.65, TOEFL 105, Work experience in home country 2.5 years, observership in US 3 months, ofcourse NBDE I = PASS.. what should I do before next cycle?
