i'm i'm a pgy1 ob resident -- decided to swtich to er.. of course this decision comes feb 18th .. (nmrp deadline feb 21)

has anyone on here done this before who can give me suggestions on what to do next? i'm really lost.

Otherwise you'll probably have to wait for next year. Occasionally PGY-1 slots do open up do to people leaving their programs, so you might be able to transfer in midyear next year.
