Hey guys/gals, I'm posting in order to find out if someone out there has a "cheat sheet" that they've made that they might be interested in sharing with the rest of us regarding OTC treatments for common summer ailments. Any help would be appreciated! P.S. Pharmacist Letter has some great resources for those of you looking for some excellent and easy to use charts for OTC dosing in peds patients, pregnant, or breast feeding patients.

The APhA Handbook of NonPrescription Drugs will get you pretty much all you need for just about any ailment in which a nonprescription drug is indicated - summer or otherwise.

Its not a "cheat sheet" - its a whole book, but its easily digestible 🙂laugh🙂 & once you learn it, you'll remember it.

Good luck!

That was our textbook for a class during our 3rd year of school. We'd be assigned a chapter or two then got called on. The instructor would pretend to be a patient and we had to counsel them on which drug to use in their situation. We got through the entire book, but I need to look over some chapters again (when I'm done studying for the MPJE).

I already have the book and I have already completed the Self-Care and OTC class at Butler but I was just wondering if someone had any "cheat sheets" they'd like to share.
