Saunders Veterinary Terminology-flashcards
So i finally got my flashcards and i really like them. there are 530 total, about 70 prefixes, 70 suffixes, and the rest combining froms. I think this will be great to prep this summer. it is probably something that we will all learn first semester but i think ill feel more comfortable knowing them already so ill be more confident. some of the words are easy that you would probably already know (ad lib, atrio, bacterio) and then some are more complicated that i dont know (cirrho, cerumino, chondro). The combined forms have pictures on about half of them. There are some radiographs, drawings, and real life photos of diseases or w/e the problem is. I think they are nice if you like learning from flashcards and want to prep before school.
Edit: tricolorbadness posted a picture of what the cards look like, Rubricyte. As far as the arrow pointing to the wrong thing....i dunno, but i looked it up online and it looks like that is what a rubricyte looks like, http://images.google.com/imgres?img...=en&sa=N&tbs=isch:1&ei=87O4S_TONsL6lwe6neGVCg But i dunno, I'm sure i'll learn more in vet school haha
