Summer classes, applying this cycle, will the schools know in time?

So I'm planning to retake Orgo I and II to increase my science gpa to a 3.3 to a 3.4 or higher. And I'm also planning to apply this cycle. I know I'm going to have to update my grades on AACOMAS when I finish the summer classes. Will the Osteopathic Medical schools consider the changes to my grade for this cycle?
